CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once the order gets shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. 

Please note that it may take some time, usually 7-10 days, before your refund is officially posted after a refund has been issued as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. All refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

If after 7-10 days you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank if you paid using a debit card or contact your credit card company if paid with a credit card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email through our contact page.
