SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All LanoPet orders are shipped from the United States. Domestic USA orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Order processing takes 1-3 business days and delivery take an average of 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method choosen at checkout. International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International. Order processing takes 1-3 business days and delivery takes an average of 21 business days. Please note that sometimes it can take longer depending on how long it takes for customs clearance. 

NOTE:

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (the buyer) responsible for these fees.

Also, some countries have stricter laws when it comes to customs clearance, and a customs officer in your country may reject a package and return it back to the sender. For those reasons, we ask that you familiarize yourself with your country's customs laws before proceeding with a purchase that needs to be shipped internationally, to your country, from the USA.

LanoPet has no control over customs clearance for international orders, and for that reason we cannot guarantee customs clearance of our product or take responsiblity of any issues that may arrise with customs clearance for international orders. If a package does get rejected by customs and returned back to us, we will go ahead and issue a full refund for the purchase once the package get delivered back to us. 

We currently do NOT offer international shipping to the following countries: Spain, Italy, Argentina and Czech Republic.
