RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will accept all returns as longs as the product has not been opened, used and it's factory sealed. For returns, please send us an email through our contact page letting us know that you will like to return the LanoPet drops. Please note, that for all returns, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping. As soon as we get the return, we will refund you in full. If you notice that the tracking for your return shows as having been delivered and if after 7-10 days you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank if you paid using a debit card or contact your credit card company if paid with a credit card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us a message through our contact page. 

Note: Due to the nature of this product and hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges once the safety seal has been broken and the product has been opened. All return inquiries need to be done within 14 days of receiving the package.
